Pick up was smooth from Canada computers. Drive was priced very reasonably on the most recent sale. Drive performance is as expected for a non dram cashe drive. Awsome as a game drive.

Very good price but a Pretty low end SSD No Dram from what I can tell wirte speeds get pretty slow at about 110MB/s When writing large amounts of files Reading speeds are good at 500 MB/S Overall a good upgrade for an older laptop or computer or a storage drive for games I got mine for retro games on my raspberry pi

It was a blustery day in the computer lab and the kids were on the network playing Xonotic.
My eldest daughter was in the lead on points when the drive in the 10 year old MacBook Pro failed.
Braving the elements I went to Canada Computers and picked up a couple of these drives.
Inexpensive and fast enough to breathe new life into that old MacBook.

Seems fine for the price. It works as intended, bought for an old Ryzen 2600 system I repurposed as an HTPC, for 32 dollars hard to go wrong

Good Cheap SSD

Cheap. It's an SSD. It outperforms a HDD.

For an SSD it's not very fast. It took a long time for Windows 10 to initialize the SSD. Initially, I thought the SSD was defective. Fortunately, Windows 10 eventually initialized the SSD. This could be a Windows issue.

Good SSD to buy to replace a HDD or to add a SSD to an older system. I bought this on sale (10% off IIRC) in Winter 2022.

Budget friendly sata ssd

Low cost, better when on sale. Cheapest ssd compared to other stores at the time of purchase. Compared to 480gb, 500gb and 512gb. Faster then a hdd, read and write testing shows decent what you expect results

I'm assuming this does no have d-ram for improved performance. Plastic case

Low buck ssd that works, does the job and is an improvement for any older or budget system. If you want speed, you look at nvme, not a sata ssd. Is it the fastest sata ssd? No but for the every day user it will be great. If all you used before this was a hdd, it will feel much faster, if your not side by side comparing this ssd to another, you should be happy with it
