It works great so far in a new build. It was hard to install the included cooler. But I realized I had to put more pressure on the spring screws to get them on the board. Otherwise, it functions great with almost no delays on system operations. Definitely a really good budget CPU.

Upgraded from a 2600x CPU. Not only did my gaming experience improve so did my 3D rendering speed improve. The low power and heat profile is also very nice. Go team red!!

This product was an overall great pickup. When I first walked into Canada Computers I was uncertain as to what processor I should purchase. Haven’t built the pc yet but got it on sale for 224 which is really good for its value and it comes with thermal paste and a cooler already so it is very much worth it. Ryzen already well known for providing great cpus so it’s good

Great price on Zen 3 cpu. My first taste of AMD and it’s fantastic! I was due for an upgrade and I’m not disappointed. AM5 and Zen 4 is already here but still plenty of life left in AM4.

Great CPU and has improved my gaming FPS. This is a great value for money CPU and awesome for an entry level gaming rig. I got it with a bundled RAM and it was a great price. This even came with a free game, which was a fantastic bonus. I recommend this to anyone planning to build a new PC.

The AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU is very good quality. This CPU provides you with the most optimal frames and speeds with an excellent 6 cores. This CPU also comes with thermal paste so need to worry about when you're installing the processor

I can now play video games faster and I can now access new games. When I play against others I am not faster to respond to the other players moves. The points are higher and the winning is better.

What i liked about this CPU is the price, i bought this for my son and he built the computer himself. The Cpu was running quite cool with the wraith cooler and the price for 280$ for a really great CPU and cooler? Sign me in!
I would say the only thing i did not like about this product is the speed of this cpu is a little slow for 300 bucks (per what my son says) the CPU is able to beat the 2700x but still.
Overall 5/5 the cooler helped save us a ton and overall even if it's a little slow it still gets the job done with it's 6 cores and threads.

Fantastic Multi and Single core performance. Efficient. PBO2.
Price. $399 at release jumped up to $439 a couple weeks post release. Still a good price as the handily beats 2700X.
Overall, awesome CPU for the mainstream market. Using new PBO2 Curve Optimizer can get you 4.650GHz all core boost with a -30 offset which is 100W TDP. With some tweaking you could get at you could get a 4.7 All-Core and Single @ 4.85.
