The laptop is great if always sitting on a desk and plugged in. Good for games and general-purpose.

Pros
Fast and responsive.
Great keyboard.
Huge trackpad.
Heat concentrated away from hands.

Cons
Performance suffers on battery.
Terrible battery life 3-4 hours, drains when hibernating.
Sometimes when unplugged: memory overflow, program crash, black screen.
Fans extremely loud.
Armoury Crate button doesn't work on non-admin account.
Can't customize RGB per-key.
Small arrow keys.

The quality is good compared to Acer Nitro 5, I like it! The screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all good. The battery is not bad, doesn’t last a long time since it’s a gaming laptop. I recommend it.

This is a really good laptop! It's quick, manages to keep itself cool, and if priced fairly for what you are getting. I can do all I need to get done on this laptop. I am really glad with my purchase as this computer has been reliable from day one. Even though I am receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback, it does not change the fact that this is a really good laptop, and I recommend it.
